Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, returns will not be accepted unless it was a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).. If an error was made to your order, we will gladly replace the order. Should you want a refund instead, you should expect to receive your refund within 10 business days once the parcel is delivered back to us. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

We understand that mistakes happen and you may need to cancel an order, if your order has already processed and shipped, we will be unable to cancel. In the event your package is returned to us, unopened, you will receive refund for the items itself but will not receive a postage refund.

Your refund will be credited with the form of payment you supplied during checkout.

All returned international orders are non-refundable. We will not refund ANY international orders. This is simply because of the expense of shipping and the combined time the products would be in transit. Please DO NOT place an order, if you are NOT okay with this policy.


If you need to return an item as a result to our error please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We offer the following shipping methods; Domestic first class shipping for our smaller orders and priority mail for the larger orders. If you need an item sooner, we can custom create an express mail shipping option.

International Orders 

International first class shipping for smaller orders and mandatory priority international for larger orders. Please note that orders shipped via first class international and priority padded flat rate are not trackable or insured, therefore we will not be held liable to reship nor refund any orders that are lost in transit, stuck in customs, or not received. If you would like your order guaranteed you will need to purchase the regular priority international upgraded shipping located in our shop. We will not be held responsible for any missing first class or priority padded flat rate international parcels. All of our large order of 100 or more are generally shipped via priority mail and includes tracking and insurance.
