• Full use instructions and ingredients printed on label How to use: For heat therapy: Fold the wrap in half and place in the microwave. Heat in 30 to 40-second increments until desired warmth is achieved (not longer than 1 minute). Warning -
• *Do not overheat.
• *Do not heat for more than 1 minute.
For cold therapy: Store or place in freezer for an hour before use. Spot clean with clean damp cloth only. Do not launder.
